豆花

爸特地买了一碗豆花。

可是,无论我从哪个角度看,都觉得比较像是豆花水多过豆花。

直到我打开盖子,才有一种心服口服的感觉。它既有豆花的固定性,也有豆花水的流动性。吃起来的口感类似菜燕 (agar-agar)。碗里的液体,并非糖水,而是豆浆。

把豆花放置在舌尖,再让它滑下舌头,直下肠道。在溜滑梯吗?

好吃好玩。
